Set the Right Intention for Your Peer Review Session |
Peer feedback is a topic close to our hearts here at Eduflow. Many of you might know that we previously went by the name Peergrade. But for the ones who don't, let me take you back in time for a short moment. Around 5 years ago David (our CEO) taught a Master's course as part of his Ph.D. When his class suddenly grew from 20 to 130 students, it became clear that it would not be possible to give productive feedback to students without losing sleep and getting over-worked. Enter: Peergrade.
Fast forward to November 2019 where Peergrade transformed into a new idea: Eduflow. Created based on the feedback we received and tracked throughout the years. Some of our takeaways? Great instructors want to engage their learners online with more than just videos and quizzes. They care about collaboration, reflection, and active participation.
Call it Peergrade or Eduflow, our vision remains the same: We want to help change the learning culture where there is only one 'right answer'. We visualize a learning environment that is open to feedback, collaboration, and dialogue. Where we think of ourselves as a team rather than fellow students or colleagues (or even worse competitors). This starts with setting the right intention.
It’s time for recess!

A Peer Review Template to Streamline the Feedback Process |
Peer reviews can be done in many different ways. Anonymous, non-anonymous, individually, or in groups. On essays, presentations, soft skills, group participation, and so on. Manually organizing these sessions would become quite complicated and time-consuming. Our peer review template helps you organize this process, to ensure that everyone benefits and learns from receiving and giving personalized feedback. |
