The AAG May meeting will be held Monday, May 10 at the Aiken Center for the Arts. We will again forgo our social time and start the meeting at 7pm. We will continue to follow the ACA protocols for distanced seating and face coverings. In addition to our program we will also elect our board for next year. The slate of candidates for election are as follows:

Treasurer, John Gordon
Secretary, Brooks Brown
Publicity Director, Robbie Robb

Board members continuing for the next year are:

One artist celebrating The Friends of Hopelands and Rye Patch is AAG member Brooks Brown.
I am going to use this piece by Brooks as an advertisement for submitting information about all the things within the art community that we are involved in along with pictures of our art to the newsletter. This is a great way to inform the membership and share our art. I am using this particular piece as the advertisement since I noted on Monday that it had been sold! To submit news to the newsletter simply use the “Submit News” button found in the newsletter link. More information about submissions to the newsletter is noted at the bottom of this page.
