I hope my classes will be a chance for ladies to socialize and mix up their workout while challenging themselves, building confidence, and having fun!"
Join us for an hour of high intensity cardio and dance. Learn choreographed dances that build and sequence week after week. For all levels - no previous dance experience needed. Tennis shoes required.
