Keeping Your Studio Healthy
Coronavirus has hit our home town. There is a lot of uncertainty and that feels scary and stressful. We are here for you. We are taking this day-by-day to evaluate what is best for our clients, employees, and community. We plan to operate on our regular in-studio class schedule. These are additional changes we are making in the studio effective Monday, March 16 to continue to provide a safe and healthy environment:
  • Reduce class sizes by 30%
  • No hands-on adjustments in class
  • A full cleaning in the 15 minutes between classes utilizing CDC recommendations 
  • Hand sanitizer readily available at multiple locations in the studio
  • A salt machine run on a regular basis 
As always, we encourage common sense protocols like washing hands, not touching your face, and staying home when sick. If you need assistance with a cancellation if you are ill, please email info@hilliardstudiomethod.com

Ms. Yolanda is in the studio for kid's yoga everyday at 9:30 this week. Yaya’s Yoga is a fun vinyasa flow designed specifically for children! During class, your little ones will release all their excess energy while discussing the importance of being mindful of their actions and words.
