1. What is the HSM x GBJ Reboot?
3 days of healthy eating and drinking to help you reset your palate, your portions, & your overall diet. You'll receive our HSM smoothie, two Green Brothers Juices, another Green Brothers smoothie, two elixir shots & their newest product, protein hearts. Finish the night with a healthy, plant based dinner & you're all set! 
2. How does this differ from a typical juice cleanse?
On a typical, juice-only cleanse, your metabolism can slow & your body may hold onto fat rather than burn calories. Our reboot allows you to maintain lean muscle mass while burn more calories with exercise & protein.
3. Can I workout on the Reboot?

Whole Tulip x HSM Snack Recipe
Have you seen the HSM sample meal plan by Whole Tulip? Check it out for more healthy + delicious recipes! 
Ingredients:
1/2 large sweet potato 
1/2 sliced banana (can sub other fruit)
2 TBSP peanut butter (can sub other nut/seed) butter 

Directions:
1. Trim the pointy ends off the sweet potato then lay it on its side on a cutting board. Slice it lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices.
2. Pop the sweet potato slices into the toaster and toast twice. You may need to toast a third time depending on your toaster. If you do not have a toaster, set your oven to broil and bake on a sheet for 3 to 6 minutes per side.

3. Place toasted sweet potato on a plate and spread with peanut butter then top with sliced banana. Sprinkle with cinnamon for some extra flavour. Enjoy!
