At the beginning of quarantine, it seemed like Knit Marketing would have to shut our doors forever. This has been an incredibly challenging year for small businesses, ours included. But we were blessed to have a little boost of business (if you're working from home and want to rethink your marketing, give us a call ;) ), and we'd like to do something good with our blessings.
So today, for Knit Marketing's 4th birthday, we want to help make some very wrongs into very rights. Knit was founded to provide job opportunities to untapped youth, but if as a country we can’t keep our young people, and specifically young people of color, safe, what good would a social media marketing job do?
For our 4th birthday we’ll match your $4 donation up to $400 to Campaign Zero, an organization working to end police violence through research and limiting police interventions, improving community interactions, and ensuring accountability.
How to contribute?
Venmo @ rebeccajoyb or send us a screenshot of your $4 donation to Campaign Zero and we’ll match you!
Want to partner?
We invite other #socents to join us. If you run a social enterprise and want to give us an awesome birthday gift, help us triple or quadruple these donations. Email us to partner.
We'll be posting the contributions all day to our IG stories, so you can follow along here.
We're in this for the long haul, friends. Join us.
In hope of a better world,
-Knit Marketing
