Who we are

The Southeast Regional Support Center (RSC) aims to promote and facilitate the development of community prevention initiatives concerning the use and abuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs by serving as a catalyst for mobilization and change in the community of Service Area 21.

So, what does that really mean? The RSC wants to help the counties of Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Madison, Perry, Scott, and Sainte Genevieve prevent the use and misuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. We're here to help in any way we can, from providing grants, lending resources, or producing informational materials.
