Looks like a series is being born. The subject is dementia. Most of the images feature a distorted clock. It seems that when asked to draw a clock, people with dementia can't. They mix up or leave out numbers, or pile all the numbers in one quadrant.

Maybe thoughts really do have wings. Haden's work has been growing on me for some time. I think of pieces like this as drawings in metal.
