Motor Vehicle Dealer Board welcomes new members
On June 25, 2018, Lieutenant Governor Donna Lynne appointed three new members of the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board. The Dealer Board is a nine-member panel, comprised of three new vehicle dealers, three used vehicle dealers and three members of the public. The new members accepting appointment this year are:
  1. Fletcher Flower from Flower Motor Company in Montrose
  2. Michael Widhalm from Reds Auto and Truck in Longmont
  3. Matthew Porter, member of the public, from Golden
Thank you to Mike Jorgenson, of the Red Noland Auto Group in Colorado Springs, for your years of service, as you complete your term.

New Board members are likely to be seated by the July Board meeting.

The U.S. Department of Labor has made some additional edits to 7 Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) documents. They have an expiration date of 7.31.18 so we anticipate that additional revisions are underway. As always, we'll keep you posted.
