New Acupuncture Benefit for Students

Students with the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) can get their acupuncture costs partially reimbursed for 12 appointments per year. The cost after reimbursement is typically $35 per appointment.

The fall semester has begun and that can mean busy schedules for all of us here at Harvard. Now is the time to make sure you are getting enough ZZZs by establishing a healthy sleep schedule that will carry into the new academic year. The CDC recommends that adults get between 7-9 hours of sleep per night! Try using ear plugs or an eye mask as sound and light can be disruptive to quality sleep.
