A LETTER FROM OUR DIRECTOR

Happy Spring!

Spring is a time for renewal and we here at AWI are doing just that!  We are constantly striving to improve our institute so that we remain on the cutting edge of older adult wellness.

Did you know, we now offer two different exercise classes (EnhanceFitness and Functional Fitness), a Weight Management program and Anti-Inflammatory series (in addition to our regular nutrition education classes), and six (yes six) Yoga classes a week? Our calendar is jam-packed with high quality programming just for you, our members!

Spring is also the time to circle back to those goals made on January 1st! Where are you with your weight loss? Have you mastered that plank or push up?  Have you seen an increase in flexibility when trying a new yoga pose?

If not, AWI is here to help! All you have to do is ASK!   Maybe it's time to make an appointment for an individual counseling session with our Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist? Or discuss your fitness goal with our trainers? Maybe our resident Yogi can encourage you to come out of the chair and onto a mat?  Regardless of your goal, please do not hesitate to let us know what we can do for YOU!

In closing, I will leave you with one of my favorite motivational quotes:

"Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right."
                                                                       -Henry Ford

Yours in Good Health,
Samantha
