Nerf Guns Battle
We're so proud of all of our friends who continue to motivate and inspire us.  Pictured above are a few friends from our February Nerf Gun Battle. We had great workout and an awesome night!
Congrats to Norm Wrigley!
You know Norm!  He's the man behind our Tae Kwon Do classes!  In addition to volunteering his time and space for our 3rd and 4th Monday classes, he also volunteers countless hours with our obstacle course and monthly activities. He was recently named the Altoona Citizen of the Year by the Altoona Chamber of Commerce. Hip-Hip Hooray!  Kudos to Norm for being awesome!
