2022-2023 Dates for the Diary

Dates and times for the country park helping out and activities at the country park

18th December 2022 - Wassailing
22nd January 2023 - Tree planting and trimming
19th February 2023 - Putting up bird boxes and other things
12th March 2023 - Big clean up

Meet at the Car park at 10pm for about a hour

22nd April 2023 St George's day more details to follow in the new year
17th June 2023 Raft race more information to follow in the new year

Cubs Uni-hoc 2022

The tournament returned this year after a 2 year break, a great time was had by all. Trophy holders Long buckby romped through to retain the sheild in a fast, frenzied and pacy competition which went to a penalty shoot out. 1st Braunston narrowly lost to LB in the semifinals which meant LB were head to head with their own teams in the final. Hockey coach and ref Richard Davies later commented on the enthusiasm from all Packs involved.
I would like to thank all leaders, assistants and parents for helping bring this popular event back into the events programme for District Cubs this year.
