Psychosis: First aid guidelines for Asian countries

All MHFA guidelines:

It is really important to set boundaries at this time of year. One barriers to setting boundaries is not being aware of our needs, values, priorities, thoughts and feelings. So think about some ways you can increase awareness. Writing in a journal, mindfulness, therapy, talking to a friend, tapping into your feelings can help. If you feel guilty setting boundaries take a while to reflect on the consequences of not setting boundaries.
