Mandatory Herdsman Orientation: If you have submitted your Herdsman application, you must attend a Herdsman Orientation meeting on Monday, July 25  or Tuesday, August 2 at 7:00 at the 4-H Center. Contact Shannon Oiler at zimm1124@gmail.com with questions.

Open Divisions - For ALL 4-H’ers
"Show off your creative talents at Fair!"
Open Division is open to 4-H members of any age (prep/cloverbud will get judges’ comments). Entries can be anything created throughout the year from a school project to a hobby including: Creative Arts • Crafts • Creative Writing • Fiber • Needlecrafts • Photography • Performing Arts • Woodworking. It doesn’t matter what club you are in – all are welcome to participate!
All projects must be brought to the 4-H Center (upstairs lounge) between August 1st  –  August 4th. Entries will not be accepted after 3PM on August 4th – no exceptions!

Help Spin Cotton Candy at the Fair!
Must be at least 16 years old to spin; under 16 can take tickets. Two hour shifts. Includes free cotton candy t-shirt for spinners. Click here for sign up.

Fair Permission Forms Needed by August 10!
All 4-H members (Youth) AND (Leaders) must complete a Fair permission form! 1 copy remains in the tent with the leader, and 1 copy must go to the Info tent. You can either bring your forms to the 4-H Center office prior to August 9th, or you can bring it with you to the Fair on August 10 by 10:00 a.m..

Clover Cafe is looking for Fair Volunteers and Donations:
 Clover Café is the Arts & Science Division's Food Booth at the Fair. It is located in Clover Theater and sells iced tea, iced coffee, and lemonade. All funds raised support the clubs in the Arts & Science Division. We ask that each Arts & Science Club either sign up for one shift or partner with another club to help. Clover Cafe Sign Up Fair 2022.
They are also looking for the following donations: Country Time Lemonade mix, Lipton Tea Bags and Iced Tea bags, Ground Coffee and K cup pods (regular and decaf), Granulated Sugar, Sugar, Splenda packets and Lime Juice. 4-H Club T-Shirt Contest
Calling all clubs…join the fun and design a t-shirt to represent your club in the Fair T-shirt contest. The fashion show/t-shirt contest show will be held Thursday, August 11 at 6pm. For more info, contact Mellissa Smutko at mellissaqueen@aol.com.

PREP/CLOVERBUD VOLUNTEERS WANTED!

Are you interested in leading a 4-H Prep/Cloverbud club? These noncompetitive clubs, for youth in grades K – 3, are a great way to introduce children to 4-H. There has been a lot of interest in clubs for crafts, robotics, computers, and cooking. If you have knowledge in these areas - or something else - that you’d like to share, now is a great time to become a trained 4-H volunteer.
